- Order quantities
- Low minimum orders are available. Include your requested quantity in the brief so we can confirm the minimum for your design.
- Production timing
- Production takes no more than 7 days. Shipping transit is additional. Your written quote identifies the production start date.
- Rush requests
- Rush production is available. Tell us your required arrival date when requesting a quote so production and shipping can be coordinated.

Product specification
The quote and approved proof identify the product, material, dimensions, quantity, personalization, artwork and any assembly or mounting requirements. Design illustrations help explain a direction; the approved specification defines the work.
Price and validity
Confirm the total price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, included design work, tooling, samples and any additional fees. The quote states its validity period and the steps needed to accept it.
Proofing and changes
Review names, dates, wording, dimensions and artwork before approving production. Revision allowances, proof format and any sample requirements are stated in the quote. Report changes promptly so their effect on work already started, cost and timing can be reviewed.
Payment and scheduling
Use the payment method, deposit requirements and payment dates in the accepted quote. Confirm the production schedule and its dependencies, including artwork readiness and approval. Carrier transit and receiving arrangements are separate from production.
Delivery and order support
Review the destination, carrier service, packing, customs arrangements where applicable, and the process for reporting a missing or damaged item. Confirm cancellation, return and remedy terms before ordering a personalized product. Applicable statutory rights remain in effect.
Artwork and order records
Provide artwork you are entitled to reproduce and keep a copy of the approved version. Confirm ownership or permitted use of newly prepared design files, any retention arrangements and the process for a future reorder.
